East Lancashire is very well served with lovely cycle routes ranging from ideal utility and commuting rides through to those that explore the open spaces and beautiful countryside of the area. The Connect East Lancashire Cycling App details over 30 of these cycle routes, categorised into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, plus gives a lot of other relevant information on cycling services and support available in the area. For each route there is an interactive map and navigation text (with voice option) making it easy for you to follow on the ground. Great App, just need the screen to stay active. It will go off when your phone dictates (10 minutes is the maximum on my phone)and you'll have to unlock again. Not too much of an issue but adding this should be simple enough.
I found new routes and they are so easy to follow and I don't know the area very well.
